Saiprasad Rode has over 5 years of varied experience of working in consulting, pharmaceutical, chemical and consumer goods industry. His knowledge is matured by working in various verticals of a business chain from shop floor to business strategy development. A Business Excellence professional driving initiatives for Operational growth of the organization. He enjoys developmental work in Operations and Supply Chain where his learning and experience can be challenged and flourished. His professional envelope also includes designing of business processes, their implementation and audits. Along his career he has delivered numerous trainings with trainees ranging from workmen to business leaders. Leading projects of process implementation, maintenance, productivity improvement, quality improvement, designing and implementing ERP systems are other few of his forte. Experienced with implementing and sustaining operational excellence tools like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), 5S, Lean and other. He has completed his masters in Operations Management from Symbiosis International University along with being a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai University. His hobbies include travelling and reading books on areas of management and self-development.
