About Saisha Naik

Saisha works as a Manager of the odour sensory and deodorant and antiperspirant efficacy testing laboratories at Odournet India, a branch of Odournet group of companies having presence in European countries, India and Brazil. Her role includes the development of testing protocols and test designs for the execution of projects related to product and material testing, recruitment and training of panel members in the olfactory measurement methods and quality management. She also provides support to business development. She also coordinates the recruitment and management of volunteers for deodorant/AP efficacy studies. Saisha has received odour evaluation training from the Odournet branch in Spain. Saisha has successfully completed projects for textile, automotive, deodorant and antiperspirant, fragrance, pharma, home care, consumer goods and cleaning products sectors.
