A dynamic, hardworking, self motivated and well organised individual who has built her capacity to adapt quickly, think creatively and work efficiently & effectively as a part of a team or on her own. She trys implementing Kaizen philosophy both in professional as well as personal life. She has demonstrated her skills in the field of Risk Management & Advisory services, Assurance services and Law compliances including Consultancy services during her articleship tenure. Saisha got a rich experience of dealing with varied clients pertaining to diverse sectors including Government & Public sector i.e Finance Department of Rajasthan, Nepal and Uttarakhand.She also did her Industrial Training from Ernst & Young LLP. As far as her academics are concerned, She got exemption in Risk Management and Economic & Allied Laws in CA Final Examination, 91.4% in Class XII and 9.2 CGPA in Class X. Also, she is a member of varied NGOs including PSR Foundation, Contree, etc. In addition, she loves to portray her mindset through words and is working as a freelance content writer and copywriter. Further, she was an active volunteer for all the events organised by ICAI, Jaipur Branch and has also hosted ICAI events as Master of Ceremony. Currently, she is working at KPMG Global services for the region Australia as a Senior and is engaged in performing Statutory and AFSL audits for the organisations in Sydney. She has audited entities of different industries like Insurance, Real Estate, Services, Consumer Products, Not for profit, etc. Also, she has done end to end audits and is also having an experience to work as an incharge during the audits. She has also worked as a Performance Manager and Reviewer for the junior staff members and has acted as a guiding member/ mentor during the period. Saisha has been recognised for her quality work at KPMG by winning KUDOS award more than once during her period here.
