About Saiteja Parimi

As someone who thrives at the intersection of business needs and technology solutions, I’ve spent the last six years diving deep into the world of business analysis. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering but quickly shifted gears as I found my passion for unraveling complex processes and delivering strategic insights that lead to operational improvements. At Vertafore, I worked closely with clients in the US insurance industry to gather requirements for developing software that automate commission payouts for agents - an exciting challenge that has taught me just how impactful efficient systems can be on a company’s bottom line. One notable achievement was helping to Implement a commission calculation system which not only optimized payouts but also provided valuable analytics to enhance decision-making. Before Vertafore, I collaborated across departments while implementing an ERP system at Thermal Systems. This experience helped me sharpen my skills in documentation processes and functional specifications - skills I've carried forward into every project since then. At SS IT Solutions, I also had the opportunity to work alongside talented developers and QA engineers to ensure our software met industry standards - a rewarding experience that reinforced my belief in teamwork. I’m currently pursuing my PGDM focusing on Data Science & Analytics at Great Lakes Institute of Management because I'm passionate about harnessing data-driven insights for better decision-making. Outside of work and studies, you'll often find me exploring new tech trends or volunteering at local community events where I can share knowledge about digital literacy.
