With a rich tenure that began in July 2019 as a Design Engineer I quickly ascended through roles of increasing responsibility culminating in my current position where I meld technical acumen with visionary leadership. My expertise encompasses overseeing end-to-end project operations from machine and tank fabrication in the factory to on-site erection ensuring operational excellence at every turn. I excel in orchestrating the planning and execution of both ongoing and new projects with a keen focus on quality assurance schedule adherence and stakeholder satisfaction. My role extends into tender management procurement and ensuring the seamless transition from concept to completion especially in the creation of automated dairy equipment and CIP systems. Leading a talented team of engineers I've championed the design and fabrication of cutting-edge dairy processing machinery pushing the boundaries of technology in dairy science. My commitment to innovation is matched by my proficiency in a suite of tools and practices from AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS to project scheduling and direct client interactions.
