I am a data-driven Business Manager at HCLTech, where I provide end-to-end business intelligence solutions for internal and external clients. My education background includes a PGD-IT from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a BCom from Delhi University, and a GNIIT certification from NIIT Pvt Ltd. I have extensive experience in training multiple teams and setting up VBA/Macro and Power BI landscape across different departments. I can write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for better performance. I can also design customized interactive dashboards using various charts and features in Power BI, and manage workspaces, reports, security, and schedule refresh using Power BI Server. I have automated excel reports using VBA/Macro, and implemented data correction, outliers' treatment, and missing value imputation. I have contributed to increasing user retention, forecasting call volume, and managing incentives for employees using data insights and analytics. I am passionate about data and always eager to learn new technologies and tools to enhance my capabilities and deliver value to my clients.
