I have extensive experience in IT infrastructure administration, specialized in building and supporting Windows, VMware and AWS infrastructures and executing Disaster Recovery strategies. I've honed my skills with Windows, VMware, Nutanix, and AWS environments. In my role as a Hosting lead, I have successfully evaluated and facilitated the migration of acquisition’s existing hosting infrastructure to Accenture approved hosting solutions. Designed AWS solutions and performed successful cloud migrations. Lead complex projects by bringing together the right perspectives, identifying roadblocks and integrating feedback from multiple IT workstreams. Managed time-critical tasks throughout project activities with financial impact. Effectively collaborated with cross functional teams, project stakeholders, and application teams and resulted in successful migrations and timely delivery of project deliverables. As a Technology lead, demonstrated expertise in leading operation support activities, installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows servers, Active directory and RDS servers using enterprise standards ensuring its security and performance.
