As a Project Director at Hexaware Technologies, I oversee the delivery of IT solutions across multiple industries and domains, including insurance, healthcare, banking, and airline transportation. With over 23 years of work experience, I have a proven track record of managing and executing complex and large-scale projects for leading international customers, predominantly in Europe. My core competencies include delivery management, project management, customer service, and technical skills. I have expertise in setting up and running managed services and factories across legacy, new technologies, BI, RPA, and testing. I also have knowledge and experience in PM methodologies, such as PMI, Prince 2, and Agile. I am proficient in SAS BI, SAP Business Objects, Microsoft BI stack, Oracle, and PL/SQL. Additionally, I have over 13 years of onsite work experience in Germany and Belgium, where I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with culturally diverse teams and clients. My mission is to deliver successful solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my customers, and to contribute to the growth and innovation of Hexaware Technologies.
