As a Project Manager Program Management Office at Kettering University School of Management, I implement strategic projects to enhance processes, structures, and workflow in the School. I spearhead program assessment data collection and analysis, driving informed decision-making and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. I also manage international partnerships, fostering collaboration and supporting the School's global initiatives. I pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Kettering University, where I have gained expertise in Agile and Traditional methodologies, marketing management, and data analysis. I have applied these skills in various leadership roles, such as leading the startup accelerator and mentoring 10+ entrepreneurs at the Kettering Entrepreneurship Club, and championing a comprehensive survey initiative and a sustainable financial model for implementing a Microloan Program at the Kettering Investment Club.
