As an aviation industry professional with over 21 years of experience, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of IT management, pilot and crew management, and airline operating procedures. I excelled in my roles with my hands-on exposure and breadth of knowledge in IT infrastructure and network management, flight operations, and crew scheduling. These experiences enabled me to optimize resources and streamline operations for the organizations I've worked for (for E.g. Optimized the utilization of pilots and flight attendants to adequately staff all daily flights). Throughout my career, I have delivered the most efficient solutions and services to meet the needs of the industry. I hold an RT(R) Aero license with lifelong validity issued by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Government of India My experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager (IT), Pilot & Crew Scheduler, Technical Cell Coordinator, Movement Control Administrator, and Airline Operational Regional Base- Office Administration. I have developed a breadth of knowledge and hands-on exposure in IT services and solutions, IT infrastructure and network management, ARMS crew roster/scheduling software, DGCA regulations and procedures, aircraft, flight operations and procedures, and technical proficiency in SITA, PSS systems. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the streamlined operation of the IT department, providing direction to team members in troubleshooting enterprise systems problems, identifying problematic areas, auditing systems, preserving IT assets, and controlling structures. In Crew Scheduler/Rostering Officer role, I managed every aspect of crew flight scheduling, plan and prepare daily workflow schedules, and ensure an efficient flying program. I also assist Fleet Managers in monitoring aircraft documents/maps & charts and optimize the utilization of pilots and flight attendants to adequately staff all daily flights. I hold degree in Master of Information Technology (MIT) and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Additionally, I have completed Management Development Training Program, Winning Edge Leadership Program, and Domestic Enquiry- Procedure & Process.
