I have over 15 years of valuable experience gained and consolidated through exposure to a variety of challenging work environments, in both private and public sector employment. This has included working in a 24/7 emergency services environment and successfully incorporating new solutions and technologies to improve the service being delivered to the organisation, partner or Managed Service Provider's customers.
