Design is how I see, feel, and shape the world. I lead product and service design in complex systems — turning deep research into visionary, user-centered outcomes. With over six years of experience across India, Dubai, and Dublin, I’ve worked at the intersection of interaction design, service design, and systems thinking. My work spans industries like pharmaceutical supply chain, public services, fintech, e-commerce, and emerging tech — delivering digital solutions across web and mobile, B2B and B2C. I thrive in ambiguity and love bringing clarity to messy problems. Whether it's mapping ecosystems, facilitating research, or designing high-impact interfaces, I bring a balance of craft and strategy to every stage of the design process. I’m also a design mentor, speaker, and eternal learner — currently exploring how design can better serve AI-driven experiences and design strategy.
