I have experience of 13+ years as SAP IS Retail solution architect and have delivered 4 IS Retail greenfield implementation projects for customers in Nordic, North America and Germany! I have specialisation in SAP retail skills like - Master Data, Assortment/ Listing, Promotion Planning and integration with external systems like Space planning software, Salesforce, Hybris etc. I have delivered innovative solutions to improve process efficiency and user experience. Did post-graduation in Manufacturing Management from Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management it has groomed me to cater the needs of diverse functions like Supply Chain, Operations Planning & Research, Materials Management and Enterprise Resource Planning. Worked in tire manufacturing industry in purchase department. My work scope included fundamental and technical analysis of price data and forecasting future price; planning and scheduling of raw material; managing inventory levels where 95% of raw material is imported, vendor analysis. Was a core user of SAP – MM module, had to understand problems and give resolution to issues raised by our plant users. Expertise of purchases in Imports, Local, and Projects. Furthermore, a professional consulting experience during my Six Sigma Green Belt Project at Idea Cellular Ltd. with the application of DMAIC methodology helped the company to experience monetary savings and reduction in Customer Relationship Employee attrition rate.
