I am a Deputy Manager-Compliance & CS at Xanadu, a leading real estate company, where I handle various compliance and corporate secretarial matters, such as converting the private company into a public one, constituting and conducting board and committee meetings, drafting company policies, and appointing independent directors. I have successfully coordinated and administered these aspects with the relevant authorities and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and documentation. I am a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and have a bachelor of commerce degree from Jain University and a diploma from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), with a focus on accounting, finance, business, management, and marketing. I have gained valuable experience and skills in secretarial audit, annual filing, incorporation of a company, and filing of ROC and FLA forms during my training with various firms and organizations.
