I am a Technical Solutions professional with more than twenty years of experience in the field of IT. I have both Individual Contributor experience and People’s Manager experience. As an individual Contributor I have worked 15+ years as a System Engineer and Senior Solutions Architect with broad expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Cloud and Enterprise solutions. • I have deep knowledge and experience in the technology areas of Core Infrastructure & Security and Relational Databases & Analytics. • I am a skillful problem solver - I picked up this skill in my studies as a mechanical engineer and I ‘ve been practicing it during my whole professional career. • I can understand customer/partner business in depth as I have acquired a broad knowledge on various business topics (sales, marketing, finance, operations etc.) from my past as an entrepreneur. • I have a strong focus on building trust with my team and people in general, by being reliable, accountable and a person of integrity. And I am always open to listening and exploring new perspectives. • Being curious is a central part of who I am - I truly enjoy learning new things and acquiring new skills. • I have developed strong strategic thinking, always focusing on combining data from multiple sources and connecting the dots • I have a proven record of being able to take risks when required and explore new opportunities. • My interests outside work include reading about everything technology, Behavioral sciences, and fiction (with a preference in sci-fi), Astronomy (Ι own an 8-inch Reflector telescope) and lots of outdoor physical activities like hiking, climbing, bicycling, padel and beach sports.
