About Saksham Mohan

Functional Analyst experienced in working on billing, pricing and customer balance processes for major UK & Irish energy suppliers on a D365-based UMAX platform. My work is centered on ensuring that invoices, charges, corrections and account statements remain accurate, compliant and system-reliable for large customer populations.I collaborate closely with business users, developers and consultants to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues in revenue-critical flows, configure and validate system behavior, and support smooth delivery through testing and go-lives. This has provided strong exposure to commercial rules, customer operations and regulatory expectations in the energy sector.I hold a Master’s in International Business, Economics & Management from KU Leuven, where I developed skills in financial logic, cost structures and performance measurement — helping me understand how operational processes ultimately impact business outcomes.I enjoy roles where I bridge the gap between business logic and functional system design, working with stakeholders to create clarity and ensure that essential processes work as intended for both the company and its customers.
