I'm an assistant professor at National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo, Japan. I was a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Tokyo (2017-2020). I work on natural language processing, particularly natural language understanding by machines such as reading comprehension and recognizing textual entailment. I'm a vistiting researcher at RIKEN AIP. Previously, I was a research fellow (DC2) of JSPS (2018-2020), a part-time engineer at Preferred Networks Inc.(2015-2018), and a research assistant at AIST AIRC (2016-2017). I received Ph.D. in Computer Science, M.Sc. in Computer Science, and B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Tokyo in 2020, 2017, and 2015, respectively.
