Sal Ercolano, Jr. is a Senior Advisor on Williams Adley’s Leadership Team. Sal began his Public Accounting career over 40 years ago when he worked at both PWC and KPMG, and then he joined CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP (CLA, formerly Clifton Gunderson, LLP) in 1990 where he enjoyed a rewarding career until his retirement in December 2017. He continued is career on a part time basis in March 2018 as a Senior Advisor in the firm, providing professional accounting, audit, and business advisory services solely to Federal government agencies. He has also been heavily involved in many aspects of the firms business development activities. Sal graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland, and immediately began his career in public accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, and a Certified Government Financial Manager.
