Experienced Manufacturing Engineering Leader working in the automotive industry. Most recently, I have taken roles as Chief of Staff and Business Manager/Business Planner for various organizations, focusing on strategy development, transformational change, and organizational governance and cadence. I have a foundation in manufacturing process engineering and failure mode avoidance. I have led teams responsible for capital investment strategies, software application development, process improvement and compliance, and asset lifecycle management. Led multiple Global Product Development System transformation for ICE and EV powertrain programs.I received my Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Master’s Degree (MSE) in Automotive Systems Engineering from University of Michigan-Dearborn.
