About Sal Rosales

My professional mission is to “empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more”. My personal motivation behind that mission is to ensure that everyone on the planet can do more of what they love, including, spending time with their families. The past 13 years at Microsoft has offered me the opportunity to fulfill that mission for my customers and Partners. As a Customer Engineer I met with Fortune 500 customers’ cross-functional teams, including C-Level management, developers, and project managers, to solicit feedback on how they could achieve more with our technology. I helped remove barriers and obstacles between these teams by setting expectations, timelines, and a strategy to address their business gaps. We identified underlying needs, in often ambiguous situations, to achieve these goals, sometimes through mentoring and at other times via hands-on development. As a Cloud Solution Architect, I work with our GSI Partners to architect solutions, based in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform, to empower their customers to achieve more. Technical specialties: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate Competencies: Stategic planning, troubleshooting, problem-solving, online training delivery, public speaking, resource forecasting
