Developing and leading end‑to‑end logistics solutions to achieve required on‑time pick up & delivery of goods. Managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and OP Plans. Follow up with the suppliers for the timely shipment of pending orders. Follow up with clearance agencies the daily customs clearance operations. Streamline the process such as payment to supplier, freight, customs clearance, delivery within the time frame. Manage suppliers, third party, freight forwarders to ensure the smooth and hurdles free workflow. Handle all kind of sensitive, dangerous, temperature control shipments from almost all countries. Understand the specification of Equipmnet,Machines, Devices to avoid wrong delivery of the material. Coordinate with customs clearance broker for special approval needed shipments such as EPC, Veterinary, Radioactive, Drug control, Chemicals. Ensure Cold chain requirement for highly sensitive laboratory reagents, cells for research, blood samples, Human Tissue etc. Work with Medical Projects in hospitals and other govt entities such as HMC, QF, Ministry of Public Health Handling huge materials and bulk shipping via Sea freight. Manage Inventory of materials in the stock. Also as part of Major Projects including turn key solutions provided to Al Fardan Hospital, Mobile Dialysis units for Primary Health Care Corporation, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Laboratory Gas Distribution systems in HMC, Kahramaa. Supply of Lab furniture and build turn key Laboratory solution to various clients in Qatar.
