About Salil Gupta

I am a graduate from IIM Bangalore, a Startup enthusiast with keen interest in Fintech, Supply chain management and Logistics. Currently working in Business Operations role at Navi Technologies, I oversee and am responsible to optimize collections in the Northern region of India. I leverage strategic planning and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth. Prior to joining Navi, I worked at L&T Construction where I played a crucial role in two national mega projects. During my tenure, I was responsible for managing large teams and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and quality in both the planning and execution stages. I am proud to have received the L&T Build India Scholarship, standing out among 30 out of 1200+ candidates. Apart from my professional work, I am deeply passionate about mentoring and guiding students through various stages of their MBA journey. I provide support in CAT preparation, interview guidance, and resume preparation. Having personally experienced the challenges of these stages, it brings me immense joy to witness my mentees successfully cracking interviews at esteemed MBA institutes. In my free time, I indulge in my passion for cycling and have completed multiple stretches of 100km or more. I am driven by a desire for continuous growth and strive to make positive contributions to both organizations and individuals.
