Performs periodic Association record audits; investigates electronic methods and storage systems for implementation, and recommends appropriate technology for digitization. EXPERTISE includes: Information Governance, Records Management/ERMS, Document Management/EDMS, RM Classification, RM Taxonomy/ Metadata/Search, Records Retention and Disposition Scheduling, RM methodologies and best practices, Open Text/Content Server, digital transformation, privacy, risks and compliance Tools used to support projects and business initiatives includes: MS O365 (OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams), Open Text/Content Server, iMIS, HRIS (Kronos), Adobe and other Databases.
