I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the academic landscape through my work with Southern Cross University (SCU), where I’ve supported education initiatives that promote equity, mental health awareness, and inclusive learning environments. With a strong commitment to community-focused education, I’ve collaborated across multidisciplinary teams to help deliver high-impact programs and support student success. In addition, across my career, I’ve developed and reviewed policy and compliance frameworks that ensure organisational integrity, clarity, and ethical practice. From updating legacy policies to crafting new documentation in areas such as inclusion, mental health, and domestic and family violence, my work has helped guide operational excellence while aligning with current legislation and sector best practice. Moreover, yy experience in writing tenders and proposals has allowed me to translate big-picture goals into compelling, results-focused documents that attract funding, build partnerships, and drive strategic outcomes. I take pride in turning complex objectives into clear narratives that highlight impact, innovation, and community value winning support for initiatives that make a difference.
