I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from The University of Queensland, where I learned the fundamentals of animal health, welfare, and management. Since October 2023, I have been working as an HR Administration Coordinator at Animal Referral and Emergency Centre, a leading provider of veterinary emergency and critical care services. My core competencies include organization skills, human resources, and account management. In my current role, I support the HR Manager in various administrative tasks, such as payroll, rostering, performance monitoring, and reporting. I also assist in the recruitment, induction, and training of new staff, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. I enjoy working with a diverse and passionate team of veterinarians, nurses, and support staff, who are committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our patients and clients. I value professionalism, collaboration, and continuous learning, and I seek to bring these qualities to every aspect of my work. I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities to grow and develop my skills and knowledge in the veterinary and HR fields.
