About Sally Arnold

I am an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a demonstrated passion for servant leadership through healthcare business ramp-up and re-vamping in the inpatient and outpatient setting. My current role is Clinical Manager and NP for a growing Christian-based home-visit company (Amerimed MIH). I recently enjoyed work as an NP for a robust general surgery practice which I helped start up (MGSI), and freelancing for healthcare business start ups. I have worked as a NP and administrator in acute, subacute, and outpatient settings. My roles as an NP include hospitalist, nephrology, general surgery, and more. My strong work ethic and dedication to my work have resulted in demonstrated business growth and opportunities for expansion in every single position I have held as a NP with growth for each company continuing to grown even once I have completed my tasks. My educational history includes RN since 2004 (Macon State College), NP since 2013 (Georgia Southern University), and ongoing education for MBA and Executive DNP (John Hopkins University). My experience in the medical field began as a dental assistant in followed by work as a medical assistant/tech in the ER at The Medical Center of Central Georgia in 2001. Once I became a RN, I continued work in the same ER where I served as head of the Unit Council and participated in throughput committees using Six Sigma and LEAN processes. I then assisted Coliseum Medical Center with eliminating RN outsourcing by becoming the first-ever WOW-RN and defining and refining that role. I then transitioned to be a RN Physician Extender with vascular surgery, nephrology, and hospitalist services. Once I completed my NP education, I became the first-ever NP for an internal medicine office which has since grown to include 4 full-time NPs. I then assisted a company to start up an urgent care center which continues to thrive today. My role then transitioned to hospitalist medicine where I demonstrated a tremendous growth in volume. I carried this same passion to ramp up a general surgery practice, where I am still employed, and that continues to grow. Additionally, I re-invigorated a home-visit practice with 500%+ increase in volume, where I am also still employed, and continue to grow our services. None of my accomplishments could have been possible without the blessing and assistance of God. Everything I have ever accomplished has been due to Him. I pray to continue my role of servant leadership demonstrating God's love in every interaction.
