About Sally Bourdon
Hello all- I've not been able to put my attention and energy into this space in the past few years. Over the next few months, I'll be updating my LinkedIn to better reflect my current work and approach. As for now, here are a few highlights: Through my role as a critical action researcher and facilitator at Fab Lab Barcelona, I am currently the Global Activities Lead for the Distributed Design Platform, a project co-funded by the European Union. Past work in EU funded projects has included FoodSHIFT2030, Pop-Machina, and REFLOW. My approach and practices are interdisciplinary, decolonial, and transfeminist and I am in a constant process of deconstruction and (re)construction. I believe the words we use hold power and create our realities and I'm constantly curious about how we can use language to (re)imagine and (re)build world(s) in which we can thrive.
