A seasoned financial industry professional now enjoying a portfolio career comprising board work with large companies- Citigroup and AIB (GB) and with smaller scaleups - KORE and expert behavioural science experts - Influence at Work. I undertake Executive leadership advisory and coaching through Frattina Services. Using my three decades of experience in Auditing, Risk Assessment, Compliance and my passion for Great Leadership, Motivation and Culture in all my interactions. Still employing my broad knowledge of financial services regulatory environment, Internal Audit requirements, governance and control frameworks to good effect. Strong leader and team player - I have always seen the value of collaboration across businesses and functions to deliver amazing results and meet tight deadlines. I possess excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with business partners, stakeholders and colleagues. Strong analytical ability with sound commercial acumen and a focus on operational delivery. I now love also to connect people across the industry and to broaden both my own and other people’s networks - paying forward the many kindnesses I have received over the course of my career.
