Sally Dominguez is a futurist and award-winning inventor with a dual background in Architecture and Entrepreneurship. Her journey has led her to master the 10X innovation mindset, which she now activates in others through leadership coaching and strategic consulting. Sally's expertise spans resilient, purpose-driven strategies, circular systems, and the convergence of technologies, particularly in renewable energy, mobility, and cities. An in-demand global keynote speaker on Mindset, Trust, and Futures, Sally also consults to organizations seeking to strengthen idea-sharing, purpose, and human connection.Sally is the author of "EPIC Resilience: A Scalable Modern Resilience Strategy," a framework for modern resilience and growth mindset. She wrote the “Macro Forces of Change” chapter for "SHIFT: A Marketing Rethink" and researched and wrote IKEA’s 2030 Technology Roadmap report. As a faculty member at Singularity University, Sally coaches business leaders in Moonshot Thinking, 10X strategy, and sustainable transformation. Her consulting work includes co-creating 2040 strategy with NASA Langley, leading an annual Moonshot Thinking and Leadership series for SONY Corporation, and advising PepsiCo LatAm, Coach, Honeywell, and many others on sustainable impact strategies. Sally teaches a Masters in Innovation and Resilience at PUCRS University and speaks on 10X Leadership, Trust and Artificial Intelligence, and the Future of Energy and Mobility for StartSe University and EY Tech. She originally taught her Adventurous Thinking strategy as a one-credit workshop at Stanford University Business School's Continuing Studies.Sally's Adventurous Thinking innovation tools and resilience strategies are utilized by top organizations including NASA, Citi, Roche, Abbott, Honeywell, SONY, and Stanford’s Chancellor’s Office. Her design work is studied in the NSW Design Technology curriculum. Sally co-hosts a future mobility podcast,"The Next Billion Cars," and her extensive TV judging career includes ABC TV's "The New Inventors," Wheels Car of the Year, and "Australia's Greatest Inventions."Named one of Advance Australia’s “50 for the Future” leading entrepreneurs in the USA, Sally is an ambassador for the Australian Design Awards. Sally's design work is held in the Powerhouse Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
