My journey began years ago at a girls’ boarding school in England—and since then, I’ve lived and worked across countries, cultures, and sectors. From schools and NGOs to leadership development initiatives, every step has added a unique thread to the tapestry of who I am and what I bring to my work. I draw from a rich educational background: BA in English Literature MBA in Business Post-master’s studies in child psychology, education, citizenship, and non-violent communication Extensive training in leadership and coaching This blend of disciplines shapes the way I lead, teach, and influence systems. It’s a combination that’s rare in education—but increasingly necessary for real, lasting change. So what happens when I join a school or organisation? I ask questions. I observe, listen, reflect—and then gently challenge the status quo. What if this process were reimagined? Does it have to be done this way? Could we try something different? Sometimes it starts with a small comment. But small things can spark powerful shifts. A quick story: A young woman approached me years after we had crossed paths. I didn’t remember her, but she remembered me. She was working on a large project in a school hall. I leaned over, tore the corners off the paper she was using, and said: “Never let yourself be limited by the edges—you can go beyond.” She never forgot those words. They became a mantra for her own growth. This is what I believe: We plant seeds. We don’t always see the flowers. But they bloom. And that’s the transformative potential of education.
