On a more personal note! In my seventeen years of Automotive F&I experience, sixteen of those in a management role, I’ve worn a number of hats at any given time. My intense curiosity about how and why things work lends to my innate ability to find creative solutions to complex issues; the greater the understanding of independent components (and the "why" behind them), the greater an impact one can make on the whole. My passion for both learning from and coaching/mentoring others allows me to connect with team members and clients in building long-term, trusting relationships that withstand market and industry trends and hurdles. My roles have included Product Development, Marketing/Brand & Communication, Risk Analysis, Process Improvement Implementation, and Sales Management; however I’ve had the most success in (and am most proud of) building the best client support teams in the industry.
