I am a highly motivated professional, with extensive experience in organisational cultural challenge and change, leading and managing teams and projects, teaching, skills based training, coaching and mentoring. For the last two years I have been working as an improvement practitioner, supporting front line clinical teams and organisational leaders to improve services and staff and patient experience using lean and six sigma approaches. Prior to that I was heavily involved in apprenticeship development, implementation and funding, qualification development, assessment, quality assurance, training, management and business development. I was Policy Advisor contracted to Ofqual for national qualification reviews for the teaching, training, assessment and quality assurance qualifications. I am an experienced MBTI practitioner of 28 years and work with individuals and teams helping them understand and apply the power of type dynamics and harnessing preferences. I communicate well at all levels and am interested in people and receptive to others’ ideas. I am approachable and flexible and committed to building long term relationships with colleagues based upon mutual trust, respect and the achievement of results. My enthusiasm, energy and optimism are infectious and I am able to inspire and lead teams towards targets, often from within.
