About Sally Glaser

Sally has had many roles throughout her career. After receiving her BA in Education, she taught High School, Middle School, and Elementary school for 15+ years. After making the decision to join the business world, Sally joined Banc of America's Capital Management team in In Sally was promoted to VP and became the Manager of the Asset Transition Group for 9 years. This was a startup group where she managed a team of sales associates from - 2009 that enabled the bank to retain billions of dollars that may have otherwise left the bank. The team did this through speaking with separated associates of the bank and trust recipients. Upon leaving the Bank of America in 2009 when the downturn hit, Sally was able to obtain a position which empowered her to use her vast skill set in a completely different avenue - an Executive Assistant role to the C Suite Executive. She then moved into a role with the company that was titled Learning Center Manager in 2017. Sally manages all activities within the building, scheduling, set-up, invoicing, etc. in 2020 two businesses with in Ingersoll Rand were sold and those businesses kept the name. Our name changed to Trane Technologies and my role stayed the same within the company. Sally is a high performing, team oriented, insightful associate/leader.
