I witnessed the ravages of America’s health crisis epidemic in my own family. Both of my parents succumbed to cancers, which fuelled my passion for identifying and reversing the drivers of devastating disease. I immersed myself in naturopathic medicine – a little known field in the ‘70s – and have since studied functional medicine, Chinese, and Western herbal medicine, and other forms of integrative medicine. Hippocrates said, “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.” I couldn’t agree more. Dr. Sally’s Kitchen is my online community, choc-full of 35+ years of healing recipes, articles, podcasts, webinars, and other life-changing resources.
