Sally Lee is the Business Development Manager. Navigating the complex market of multi-site properties and working closely with these end-users to strategize, develop and implement relevant lighting project requirements and solutions, Sally's essential responsibility within the Commercial Markets team is cultivating long-term relationships and new business opportunities to drive sales and market share growth. Tasked with developing a deeper understanding of how trends in various business segments and lighting cascade to customer’s problems at multiple levels, Sally is able to engage with account managers, key channel partners and product management to creatively apply Sylvania's most effective lighting solutions in order to solve customer problems. Within Ledvance, she contributes a better understanding of Voice of Customer, emerging product requirements, relevant competition and works with research and development teams to ensure consistency and owner’s project requirements are met. Externally Sally maintains NCQLP Lighting Certification (LC) and a LEED Green Assoc. qualification, and actively impacts industry as a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society’s Retail Lighting Committee, and through contributions to relevant professional conferences, trade-shows and media representation.
