An experienced Head of Product with a proven track record in delivering product led growth across a range of sectors. I am skilled at turning business goals into effective product strategies that motivate & galvanise teams to deliver growth - using tools such as OKRs to organise the business around measurable outcomes. I love to help build high-performing product teams, and coach product managers to apply product thinking practices to identify opportunities, quantify value and use agile/lean methodologies to ruthlessly prioritise so we deliver value to market fast, whilst ensuring sustainable development practices. Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary leadership teams to drive alignment. A huge advocate of communities of practice, I believe we’re always learning and encourage teams to share skills and experiences in order to create standards in our practice and make ways of working more efficient. I always strive to create a safe space for that to happen. Whilst at the BBC I have led on the development of strategies to drive long term growth on iPlayer and evolving the product experience for the modern streaming age, shaping Bitesize future proposition to compete in edtech digital first landscape, as well as guardrail metrics that ensure U16 and underserved audience needs are at forefront of decision-making. Prior to joining the BBC, I worked in Government digital building out product teams for DfE during Covid and helping establish effective product culture. I have worked extensively in the commercial sector to help organisations including Manchester Airport Group, ASDA, BUPA and Abel & Cole to shape their customer experiences & product approach. I also have experience in the not-for-profit sector working with Amnesty International, Oxfam, The Woodland Trust and Water Aid to develop effective digital fundraising, campaigning and supporter engagement products.
