About Sally Ourieff

I am a business advisor and executive consultant and coach working with C-suite executives and entrepreneurs. I have worked for over 25 years with leaders and teams in multiple industries including health care, pharma, biotech, academia, sports, finance, global retail, and nonprofits. My clients range from Fortune 25 companies to rapidly growing start-ups. I bring expertise in launching early stage start-ups including developing POCs, product market fit, early customer acquisition, and pre-seed through Series A funding. With more mature start-ups, I focus on preparing and supporting leadership to scale and drive growth. In my coaching, I work with C-suite executives around all aspects of their ability to lead, deliver impact, manage through crises, take advantage of emerging opportunities, and build a workplace where people want to be. My background in human behavior and group dynamics enables me to help executives leverage their strengths and bridge the gaps to be the leader their organization needs.
