Sally Pepper has a career of over 25 years in broadcasting on all platforms including radio, TV and online. Working in commercial and BBC Radio and Television, Sally has developed excellent communication and presentation skills including interviewing, active listening and the ability to take initiative and make quick decisions under pressure. Sally is personable and confident and has strong interpersonal skills which she has adopted whilst managing production teams and generating and leading a wide variety of projects. Including running the London Marathon to raise money for skin cancer after a colleague died and producing marketing ideas and content in the build up; Spearheading many children in need and sport relief ideas including pushing Pudsey from Derby to Belper on a stretcher for which she not only created the idea but excuted the plan both on and off air; and Writing, Producing and directing a pantomime for radio, online and live audience at the local theatre. Problem solving has been a key part of Sally’s long broadcasting experience. As a critical and creative thinker Sally has generated and project-managed a vast portfolio of original ideas with a proven track record of strong time management and organisational skills. Presenting, hosting and public speaking are a given in broadcasting along with researching, data analysis, script-writing, self-producing and commercial awareness. Sally has a strong work ethic. She is dependable and strives for perfection and has a proven track record of leading teams to feel as passionate and driven to achieve it. All of this with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
