About Sally Phillips

Not just a kick in the morning to get you through to lunch: Z is the spark felt in the heart; Z speaks and listens; Z is progressive; Z experiences; Z educates; Z explores; Z is a culture. You’ll find what you’re looking for in Z.At Zest Specialty Coffee Roasters we are committed to the success of our café clients. We know that their greatest need is to stand out from the ever growing crowd of cafes lining our streets, malls and laneways in Australia and our whole team is dedicated to this end. More than just great, boutique roasted coffee - it's the complete Zest experience that makes the difference. After a long history in the coffee supply industry, we purchased our first roaster in 2009. Since then our passion for coffee and for ecstatic customers has driven our growth. Our mission is to help more cafes take their businesses to the next level and make that transition to offering their patrons an outstanding specialty coffee experience. We've recently set a BHAG (big hairy audacious goal) to be the most respected specialty coffee roaster in Australia by 2020 and everything we do is focused to that end. Our values? We are self-propelled learners, breathe enthusiasm and friendliness, we embrace innovation and a creative approach, we are fearlessly honest, and we love communication and accountability. These are features we look for and reward in those we employ.
