About Sally Rose

I am passionate about building a new generation of diverse, inclusive and purpose-driven leaders and teams, guided by the belief that if you treat people like they make a difference, they will. What makes me so sure. Professionally, I have been invested for 30 years in Retail, HR, Learning & OD roles and witnessed a diverse array of leaders and change management initiatives across multiple industries including: Healthcare, Education, Offshore & Remote Mining, Retail, Executive & Support functions, Business & Industry, Facilities Management, Security, Defence, Professional Services and Local Government. I have worked in teams of across the APAC region. During this time I have also grown and raised 2 successful adults from scratch as well as having coached numerous amazing humans including business leaders (frontline to C Suite) through work, life and relationships. My primary focus has always been on building knowledge, trust and sustainable relationships from the executive level to the front line, through coaching and continuous & collaborative learning. What all of this has shown me is that at every turn the secret to leading and supporting transformation lies in facilitating a paradigm shift in our leaders where people are at the centre and where the diversity and strengths of each individual are not only recognised but genuinely appreciated and empowered.
