Background

About Sally Vardy

I'm a Board Director, Company Secretary and trusted CFO Advisor for a range of NFPs, Cooperative Research Centres (CRCs), and privately owned businesses. I am currently building a portfolio of Non Executive Director positions.I know that the numbers behind every organisation tell a story, and understanding and interpreting that narrative is the key to making timely, balanced decisions. For more than 30 years, I've provided tailored and comprehensive financial and governance services to organisations that need clarity and quality input as they steer their way forward. I thrive as a financial communications specialist, bridging the gap between the process-driven finance and governance functions and the leaders who need to understand past performance, assess the options, and make vital decisions. This key talent is best understood as an ability to demystify the numbers of business, providing the right information, advice, and reporting structures that help CEOs and Boards understand the true story their finances tell. My clients tell me that the impact of this insight is significant, helping them to navigate uncertain times with confidence. As a Company Secretary, I ensure optimal operation of boards and committees, supporting the chair, and ensuring the organisation meets all governance and regulatory requirements. I can be contacted via svardy@beyondyournumbers.com.au.
