I am an enthusiastic individual with an adaptive work ethic who focuses on reaching and attaining end goals within deadlines, as depicted by my academic achievements. I work well both individually and as part of a team as illustrated through my work experience, and enjoy developing and tailoring skills to individual and group challenges, in order to attain competence and efficiency through a well organised plan of action. I value the importance of life-long learning, and am keen to develop the skills I have already acquired through my work and academic background. I enjoy facing challenges and thrive when they are overcome; I take great satisfaction in doing things well and to the best of my ability. I recognise that with a positive attitude and pragmatic approach any problem can be solved with the right resources, tools and experience. Consequently, my resilience levels are good, and I enjoy ‘rising to challenges’. I am an empathetic individual, who enjoys working in an office environment, as I am a ‘people’s person’ with high emotional intelligence and reflective qualities which enables me to indentify and recognise the best approach within a group a dynamic for everyone involved. My personal ethos is one of positivity, and I believe that without hard work there can be no reward, which would also account for why I am a ‘grafter’.
