I am an IT Trainer and Consultant supplying training services on Microsoft Office 365 applications and bespoke corporate IT systems. I am also a highly skilled author of training materials and user guides. I use my programming skills in VBA to develop custom solutions for Excel MI reporting and Word templates, saving people time and money. With face to face training no longer viable for many businesses at the moment, I can offer training and trouble-shooting sessions via an online delivery platform such as Microsoft Teams. MY BACKGROUND I have been working with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, since the early versions. I have real life experience of their functionality and purpose outside the classroom. As a developer of solutions involving programming code, I really understand what makes the applications tick. I am passionate about delivering training that adds value and helps delegates solve their problems, improve their knowledge and makes their working lives easier. I relish the challenge of problem-solving requests! WHAT I OFFER MICROSOFT OFFICE Years ago, I divided my training material into task-based modules, which can be combined to create custom training sessions of varying durations. Tailored Classroom training has benefitted from this approach, but it is key to successful online training sessions, which are usually scheduled for a shorter duration. TAILORED, FLEXIBLE SESSIONS I like to discuss what my clients are trying to achieve so I can put together a customised outline for flexible delivery. This makes training relevant to the delegates, leading to faster application of knowledge in the workplace and better retention.
