About Sally Worbey
As a Project Geologist in the Exploration Working Group at Cornish Lithium, I work on broad scale target reviews, mapping, surface sampling projects and the associated data analysis and modelling with the goal of identifying future drill targets for lithium in geothermal waters and other battery metals. When I first joined Cornish Lithium back in 2019 it was as a GIS Technician, where I gained the opportunity to advance my knowledge of ArcGIS. I shortly moved into an Exploration Geologist role on the Hard Rock team and worked on the Scoping and Pre-Feasibility studies for the Trelavour Project as well as working with the newly formed ESG team on stakeholder engagement strategies. Previously I worked as a Junior Geologist with Orca Gold, on an orogenic gold deposit in Sudan. I have a 1st class MGeol in Applied and Environmental Geology, from the University of Leicester.
