About Salma Boukdad

I am an honors computer science alum of Bunker Hill CC, where I have learned the fundamentals of programming, data structures, and algorithms. I am currently working as a Digital Navigator for the City of Revere, where I assist residents in accessing digital resources and services, encouraging tech literacy throughout the community. In my previous role as a Community Development Intern at the Center for Civic Innovation at Notre Dame, I collaborated with a group of teammates and mentors to formulate streamlined communication with local businesses and stakeholders and plan community events. I created and implemented a marketing plan involving social media to advertise a HUD grant to connect stakeholders and potential future homeowners. I also presented PowerPoint presentations to relevant audiences and managed a budget in Excel. Through these experiences, I developed my skills in marketing, event planning, communication, and project management. I am passionate about using technology and innovation to address social and civic issues, and I aspire to bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
