About Salma Layous

With currently obtaining a Master’s in Sports Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from Kennesaw State University, I’ve built a career that bridges sports, fitness, and management. In my recent role as an Executive Assistant at Salts Management LLC, I supported the owner of 30 McDonald’s franchises, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and personal activities. This experience sharpened my organizational skills and taught me how to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. Currently, I’m a Certified Elite Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at Crunch Fitness. I create tailored fitness programs and lead engaging group workouts. My role involves not just training clients but also promoting our services, which has honed my sales skills and ability to connect with people. With my background in executive support and fitness, I’m excited to step into a role in sports management or with a sports agency. I’m open to opportunities in coordination, management, or any role where I can leverage my diverse experience and passion for sports.
