I specialise in private equity, mergers & acquisitions for both domestic and cross border clients, joint ventures. Over the past decade, I’ve advised large corporate houses, promoters, and global investment funds on complex cross-border deals, structuring investor-driven transactions including venture capitals and navigating nuanced sell-side negotiations. I am also actively involved in CAM’s corporate governance practice that advises boards of listed entities and independent directors on corporate governance, helping shape resilient and compliant leadership frameworks. I am proud to be part of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas’ Korea desk, serving for Korean clients and law firms. This role allows me to deliver bespoke solutions across jurisdictions. I believe in embracing technology with legal acumen and actively support adoption of AI in our firm. I bring international experience from my secondment with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York, where I supported private equity firms in leveraged buyouts, minority investments, and shareholder activism defences—including implementing poison pill strategies for embattled companies. Beyond the boardroom, I’m deeply passionate about art history and advocate for positive mental wellbeing—values that shape my holistic approach to leadership and client engagement.
