My professional journey began in September 2003, and it didn’t take long for me to discover a deep passion for the logistics and freight forwarding industry. I’ve always embraced change as a chance to grow — moving into new roles every couple of years and learning from each experience along the way. For 22 years, I proudly worked at DB Schenker, where I built my career step by step, developing strong expertise in ocean freight, customer management, and business development. Those years were filled with challenges, achievements, and the opportunity to work with incredible teams and leaders who helped shape my mindset and professional values. Today, I’ve started a new and exciting chapter as Ocean Business Development Manager at DHL Global Forwarding, where I’m focusing on driving growth across Southern Italy. My goal is to bring all the knowledge, energy, and ambition I’ve gained over the years to create long-term value for both the company and our clients. Throughout my career, I’ve always believed in the power of teamwork, open dialogue, and shared goals. Success, to me, means not just meeting targets but building trust, driving innovation, and staying ahead in a constantly evolving market. Now more than ever, the logistics industry is facing new dynamics, new technologies, and new customer expectations.
