Background

About Salwa Batubara

Law, leadership, and youth development have been at the heart of my journey since the beginning of my studies. As a law graduate with strong interest in corporate and economic law, I combine my academic foundation with hands-on experience in both the legal field and international youth organizations. I have interned in legal institutions and organizations where I supported contract drafting, documentation, and case research. Beyond the legal scope, I was part of AIESEC’s Global Classroom Project, teaching English to students in Sri Lanka and collaborating with exchange participants from Egypt and Turkey. I also contributed to projects that empower youth through leadership, cross-cultural understanding, and public engagement. My strengths include legal research, analytical thinking, communication, and leadership—bridging legal precision with empathy, collaboration, and global perspective. I aim to grow as a professional who creates structured, compliant, and meaningful impact through both legal and social initiatives.
