About Sam Achagra

As the Head of Office, working as part of a dynamic team, supporting senior Exec's and colleagues across the London region, in a critical role within a fast-paced team. The role is an interface with the Regional Private Office, in terms of business management functionality across the wider region. As a highly motivated, pro-active individual, with a focus on solution outcomes and excellent organisational skills, with comprehensive knowledge and experience of business management functions and systems, with a particular emphasis on recruitment, establishment and HR processes. I have a strong delivery focus and provide oversight and assurance on all business management workstreams. In addition, lead and provide support and advice to teams and manage key business processes across the large directorate. Promoting equality and reducing inequalities is a passion! Supported by organisational policies and principles, I believe and value, fairness to ensure equality, diversity and inclusion. I am passionate about team working and possess a proven ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to problems. Working for the NHS has been the most fulfilling part of my career, of which I am proud to be a part of. I am committed to quality improvement, along with contributing to the future of healthcare delivery for patients, families and carers.
